Samantha Rubino, an Associate at Knauf Shaw, focuses her practice in environmental and land use law, with an emphasis in environmental litigation.
Samantha helps clients navigate the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program and represents those who have been exposed to toxic and hazardous substances. Samantha is also passionate about exploring sustainable solutions to novel environmental problems and within emerging industries.
During her undergraduate studies, Samantha was an environmental education camp counselor in the Catskill Mountains, teaching children lessons in ecology and environmental stewardship. In law school, Samantha had the opportunity to attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 24, in Katowice, Poland.
Samantha lives in Buffalo, NY, with her two adopted cats, and loves to hike and enjoy local restaurants with friends and family.
