Eamon Danieu, an attorney at Knauf Shaw, works in all the Firm's practice areas, including environmental litigation and brownfield redevelopment.
Eamon joined Knauf Shaw in 2023 after graduating from University at Buffalo School of Law. He works with municipal clients dealing with litigation concerning PFAS-contaminated water. He also supports clients with sites in NY’s Brownfield Cleanup Program. He will be admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2024.
During Eamon’s 2L year, his article titled “Release the River: Recognizing Legal Rights for Natural Objects to Remedy Continuing Issues in American Environmental Law” was selected for publication by the Buffalo Law Review. In Eamon’s 3L year, he received the Justice Philip Halpern Award for Excellence in Writing on the Buffalo Law Review.
Eamon enjoys reading, watching football and rugby, and building and painting miniatures.
